Hi everybody !!
My emigrant category is skilled migration. I entered Canada August 15 and the last date of my visa expire was 17. Both me and my spouse got the visa . But due to relation problem , my spouse did not enter Canada. Now i want to go separation with my spouse. Can any one tell me please how can i proceed with this process ?

Go file a divorce here in Canada. As soon as u get your divorce, inform cic about it. Then you no longer obliged to sponsor your ex.
