Subject: Canada Experience Class

I was deported from canada after failed refugee claim,
during my stay in canada I was working (4 years) in a skilled employment according to cic.gov.ca .
my question is can I apply for Canada Experience Class ?

That skilled working experience must be gained while temporary resident status was being conferred.
