Hi Everyone,
I am a new immigrant to Canada through the FSW Program. I have two school aged children and have been researching information on how to enroll them in school in Canada. I came across a blog on a Canadian immigration website and it recommends that I have something called a ´new student assessment´ done.
This is the blog post ---> http://www.visaplace.com/blog-immigration-law/education/enrolling-children-school-canada/
Does anyone know anything further about these assessments? Where do I have them done? Do I need to hire a private company or is it something done through the schools?
Thank you for your help everyone!
Bianca

(in reply to: Enrolling My Children in School) Call your nearest School Board in your city.
Public school
Catholic school
French Public school
French Catholic school, choose your pick.
Done through FSW, it is time to go down to a provincial level.
