| Subject: Enforcement flag |
Voluntarily returned to USA since business letter stating purpose of visit was not with me - then office placed enforcement flag on my passport. This was about 10 years ago.
How do you get this flag removed?
I have no criminal record or child support issues.

Never having to say ´i´m sorry´, but what´s once recorded in the system is forever registered, even by their own mistake. One may get clear understanding of this on a municipal level.
Try to enter with a good intention at the officer´s discretion.
