HI
I am in USA on student visa. I wanna apply asylum in Canada.
I came to know because of Safe Third Country Agreement we can not make asylum on USA and Canadian Border can we make Asylum in Canada by Crossing Land border illegally?

No, you can´t and what in hell makes you think that crossing the border illegally will allow you to stay in Canada legally?

If you want to claim asylum and have ANY chance of your asylum claim succeeding, then you need to claim asylum in the US.

Well lets look at common sense.
Ahmed applied for and obtained a study permit to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Ahmed has attended school probably and resided in the USA for a fairly lengthy period of time.
Ahmed does not want to go home after his temporary period of stay allowed by the American government.
Ahmed will have to clearly explain how he was being persecuted (in the United States of America) by his country after he arrived in the USA.
Ahmed will have to explain the changes in circumstances that lead him to make a claim for refugee protection.
IF AHMED MAKES A CLAIM IN THE USA THEY WILL KNOW ALL THE DETAILS OF WHEN HE ENTERED THE STATES ON HIS STUDY PERMIT.
IF AHMED MAKES A CLAIM AFTER SNEAKING INTO CANADA CBSA WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHECK WITH THE AMERICAN´S WHEN HE CAN´T PROVE HOW HE GOT INTO CANADA.
When claimants can´t explain how they got into Canada the odds are they have been residing in USA.

If Ahmed do not tell he was in USA he maybe has a Shans ,
And when Ahmed claim for refugee and they ask him how he get To Canada ..? He just say he travel from " Abudabi to Frankoforte to Tokyo to Machupichu to Vancouver ",and do not remember the Airlines name
