Subject: SPONSORING A DEPENDENT CHILD
  To All

January 1st 2014 is fast approaching and it you have a child outside of Canada who was examined but not Landed with you so that they could finish their schooling, etc. you must sponsor them if they are turning 19 or over 19 by January 01st 2014 or they can´t come.
