Hello,
One of my friend got 78 points, and he wants to apply for Canada immigration. He wants to know, As he is well above the mininum qualifying 67 points, will his case processed faster?

If your friend having 78 points definitely going to get Visa and if lucky enough an Interview Waiver too but as far as I know he will be in queue like many others having qualifying points 67 or higher.

no matter how much points you have... the CIC will not fast track your case...
Its a simple first in first out rule...
