| Subject: TWP Visa application refusal |

Hi! My application for TWP Visa was unfortunately refused due to the following reasons:
1) length of proposed stay in canada
2) purpose of visit
3) current employment status.
After 9 months of waiting for the approval still the visa officer refused my application. I have submitted all the requirements including my current employment certificate. I work as a part time food attendant/ kitchen helper in one of the Cafe & resto here in the Pampanga, Philippines. I hope you could enlighten me with this.

It looks like CIC believes you have plans to remain in Canada long term. What evidence did you submit to prove that you have ties to your home country and will return home once your work permit has ended?

I´m married with two kids both in grade school. Isn´t it obvious that I will be returning to my home country once my work permit has ended? What is the best way to do sir?

And of course the purpose of my visit is to work temporarily. I signed a 2 year contract. I do also have my LMO submitted and certificate of employment and trainings as proof of my qualification for the job i am applying for..
