Subject: US Transit Visa confusion |

Hi,
I am currently on study permit in Canada, and have to visit Brazil on study tour.
I will be flying through US on both my to-and-fro journey from Vancouver to Brazil. I am planning to apply for C1- transit visa, however not sure if I can re-enter US once my tour is completed.
Enter US from Vancouver on 2nd May and leave the same day.
Re-enter US from Brazil on May 11 and leave the same day.
Can I re-enter US on my C1 visa ?
Which date shall i mention in D-160, when entering date of departure from US, is it 2nd May or 11th May. ?
Experts please reply, as I am uttterly confused with this situation of mine.
Regards
Ujjal

(in reply to: US Transit Visa confusion) The C1 is valid for 29 days. Use May 2nd.
Why don´t you apply for a B1/B2 visa instead?
