hi
i want sponsor to my boyfriend but i´m in welfare i been for 6 months (bad times) i don´t receive any other help from the guvernment,just for the kids (i have 2) never had been in welfare before, i pay my taxes. we have long time together this is not a fake relationship obviously, he was reject from refuge and is living here illegal
so i want to know what can or i have to do

You can´t sponsor him while you are on welfare. In order to sponsor him, you will have to get off welfare and then stay off welfare while the application is being processed. There is no alternative.

First work hard to get your life in order; get off welfare, start earning some serious dollars, AND THEN, you can bring that loser to Canada, so he can also leach off the system LOL

Just what we need. I thought new immigrants were not allowed to receive welfare? If they are, the government needs to put a stop to their blood-sucking our tax dollars. No new immigrant should be allowed to access social assistance until they have lived here and paid taxes for at least ten years. Period.
