I applied for immigration on nov. 2001 and nothing from the immigration section but a so called "Rasolzadah class" which i got before two monthes. and which iam still reading it over and over again without getting the main point of. i only see the disadvantage, that i have to wait about 4 more years till 2008!!!
would anyone tell me what are the advantages of the "Rasolzahdah" and wheather it is better to opt out??
P.S: i got no interview appointment or waiver, no letter for missed document since nov. 2001.

Do NOT opt out. It would mean you must fight with CIC all by yourself.

there is nothing to fight. your application has been submitted under the old rules. The lawsuit is forcing CIC to assess your case under those rules or the new ones - which ever works in your favour. 2008 is the date that all those backlog files must be dealt with.

you have put enough time and money to come to Canada...
You should not just forget it... Well I am sure they are not asking for any extra money or so... thus you should just keep it as a backup plan and keep on doing that you do...
One fine day things will work out and you will get your reward...

Hi Sharon,
U answered thinkpad that coz the law changed so they applied RASOLZADH CLASS ACTION. Now if it changes, will they apply for us THINKPAD CLASS ACTION!!!!!!??

dear Yari as u said, this is a dead line but i found it out only yesterday which is like a light at the far end of the tunnel. i also yesterday, just found out about the CAIPS, so ill try to get it to see whats happend.
