Subject: PR renewal application withdrawal process |

Hi,
I would like to withdraw my PR renewal application, as it is more than 3 months since I applied and it is in process as per eCAS and as per CIC Call center agent.
I was just meeting 735 days when I applied and perhaps there is little miscalculation, but that re-calculation would add 8 days more to my account, by counting both days of travel (exit and entry days), as I had counted only one day and not the other. I read elsewhere Msafiri is advising to count both days of travel in your residency requirments in Canada, I had counted only one, I just subtracted in excel sheet - date of departure minus date of entry.
I travelled outside 8 times in last three years. I had applied for urgent processing. Now after waiting for 3 months, I have 735+8 days (which I did not claim in my calculation) + 95 days of waiting time now.
If I withdraw and re-submit by signing one a date one month from now, I will have (735+8+95+30) days of residency, i.e. more cushion and feel my application will go through smoothly.
But I am not sure, will this work?
Appreciate your responses. Thanks in advance.

Time is the key (in reply to: PR renewal application withdrawal process) SOmetimes it takes longer... patience is the key with Canadian Immigration.
