| Subject: Immigrant with alias |

I have a potential client who lives and works in a country where he does not have legal status. As I understand it he arrived there from his country of nationality and bought identificAtion. He has been there working using his identification for more than 16 years. He has now met and will be mArrying a Canadian citizen. How do we deal with this? Any help or pointers is appreciated,

He needs to apply with his real name and identification but list his bogus name.

Yes. I am a licensed consultant. I just have never had a file where someone lives in a location without status and further to that has bought false identification. He is going to be applying under his legal name and I think we will submit to the country of his nationality but I just didn´t know how to deal with the alias. He has had it for many many years

Kathy I am a licensed I illegal immigrant and I know the best for this dude is to apply with the real name, or if his /her name is wanted somewhere in the world he/she should keep the fake name

Thanks for the ignorant sounding reply. If you have nothing beneficial to add please don´t respond to the question. Is this a forum where legitimate questions get asked or is it merely a sounding block for those who have nothing better to do than be rude?
This person will be applying with their real name and is not wanted. My question was how to I deal with his other name?

Listen. If you want to be a jerk that is fine. Nobody in this world has all the answers. I asked a legitimate question. Who said anything about lying? I merely asked how a situation was handled and if anybody had advice. From now own refrain from replying to any questions I may pose. Your answers and your attitude are completely uncalled for and unnecessary

In all Generic IMM 008 applications under personal details question 2 it states, HAVE YOU EVER USED ANY OTHER NAMES e.g (NICKNAMES, ALIAS ETC.) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM0008ENU_2D.pdf
You should have learnt that in class.
Try selecting more superior potential clients.

Roy. This has nothing to do about selecting more superior clients. I am aware of the facts on this matter. I am satisfied regarding the reasons. Thank you for you comments. Also I am aware of the nickname question in the immigration forms. What is with the culture of sarcasm on this website? I see that I am wasting my time trying to get legitimate answers and legitimate experiences from those who have the ability to treat the question seriously. Thank you Roy for your response. It´s been quite helpful. I have seen some answers given on this site to others and it´s a bit of a joke the caliber and quality of this site. Upwards and onwards from here on in I will seek other qualified resources to assist with my questions.

Wake up it is 2014.
No longer does anonymous have to write things on bathroom walls, they have forums to make a joke of you when you ask a question.
I have been answering questions here for five years approximately and when the trolls attack me and they have, I stomp on their throats.
Your posting was just asking to be attacked.
