1-any suggestions for counsel in edmonton for sponsorship application? 2- and if you are hiv+ will one be admissible to canada after you go for medicals?? 3- if application is submitted (we are inland) how long does it take to get status?

All Sponsorship Applications can be completed on line with programs that allow the Sponsor and Applicant to make changes with forms. Having a Counsel who actually works sufficient time and experience with the couple is key to success.
We could assist you in this way. Don´t worry about HIV it will not make you inadmissible.
The best firm in Alberta in my opinion is ran by Raj Sharma but he is in Calgary. We recommended this firm before to a client for a Federal court application and they were successful. Mosdtly I like the way Mr. Sharma thinks and we follow each other on twitter. http://www.sharmaharsanyi.com/
