I am from India I would like to immigrate Canada. I am holding M.Tech degree with 4 years of experience. I would like to immigrate Canada. Having IELTS of 7/10. Can i apply through immigration office by myself. How much money is need for getting visa?

Apr 30 is the last date for FSW applications without job offer. Many of the eligible occupations have already reached the cap of 300 this year. Check http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp to see if your occupation is still open. My guess is you are already late - perhaps next year...
