Hello, I´m from Colombia and actually I´m living in USA. Two years ago, I applied for a Canadian student visa while I was in Colombia and it was denied. A year ago, I applied from the states, for a Canadian tourist visa and also was denied. I would like to go to Canada to study or work because my fiance lives there. He´s also from Colombia and he has a student visa. My time in USA finishes in December 2014 and I would like to move there in January or February. I don´t have a residency or green card.
When my student visa was denied, someone told me I could apply for a visa as a spouse of a student in Canada. I would like more information about what can I do to immigrate to Canada, and if this is an option. Thank you.

If you were married to your fiance, then you would be able to either apply for a visitor visa to Canada or an open work permit as the spouse of an international student. However given that you have two refusals already, I think it´s likely these would be refused as well.
If you want to immigrate to Canada then you will have to read through Canada´s immigration programs in the link below and determine if you qualify to apply:
