Subject: Immigration to Canada (Federal Skilled Workers)
  Hi,

I am keen to move to Canada and would like clarity on the below points since there is ambiguity from immigration consultants.

* I am a Human Resource professional which falls under the occupation in high demand under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. However, I have a degree in Hotel Management and the is no link between my degree and my work experience. I would like to clarify if this will be reason for rejection of my application?

* I have worked with a company from 2005-2009 which has wound up due to bankruptcy and is dissolved. Will there be an issue since there is no trace of the company and verification cannot be done? I do have all the relevant documents to show my employment during the period.

Thanks in advance. Kindly advise.

Regards,
Kiran
