Hello Forum friends!
I have been in contact with a great Immigration Consultant from Toronto.
A friend of mine told me to contact him, because he has over 15 years of experience and he will not accept your file if he is not sure that you will get PR
I sent to him my resume in details and I got his reply after two days saying that I can score no more than 63 points.
So my Dream to Canada ended, even that I studied there ESL for 8 months in 2003

Don´t be so disappointed.. Did u go thru the self assessment evaluation on the CIC website. Do that and see how much u score to be sure that u don´t qualify.

Yes Mich.
I did it to many times,
According to my evaluation based on CIC site I am scoring over 73-74.
But that´s my evaluation.
My English is almost perfect, how do I know , They could give me less points, I have a ESL cert from Toronto,
I am realy depressed

Somebody (you or your immigration consultant) could not count points properly. The possible reason is your English certificate. By the way, are we talking about IELTS? Even if yes, your certificate from Toronto is too old to add any points to you. Without IELTS, nobody can guarantee you a certain amount of points for your language skills.

Latest Canadian Immigration regulations is open doors to corruption in Canadian embassies around the world! In other words, just pay enough and your case will be review first! Ha, what is ´improvement´ in immigration system.... Sometimes I am think where is a head in all those politicians, it is definitely not on a neck... May be their vision obstructed by all time wearing glasses? Well, somebody can argue that their(federal politicians) are so honest so we should not worry about corruption. If they are so honest why do we have some precedents of corruption in a past in China and why do we have ethic council and enforcements agency at all?
