| Subject: Divorce out of canada and before landing, |

Dears,
our medical request is coming this week for us, but we are divorced 1 month ago, also we are not landing, and we are outside of canada,
also i am main applicant but i use my wives ielts marks also.
my question is:
1- if we report the divorce , then my file will reject? because of using my wife marks in ielts?
2- does my wife need to take medical tests also? she don´t want to come to canada any more.

By federal law, you are required to report any changes in your personal status.
Otherwise you may be charged with misrepresentation and it will go south for you, very quick.
