  This is disappointing.

On one hand CIC states that an applicant must use the E-Status web site to see where his/her application stands and not to contact the CIC office.

On the other E-Status is I suppose never updated.

I was so excited when I first logged in and saw my application really at work.

After that (which is now more than a year and few days) it seems to have goten frozen in time - where as I have gone through all requirements; i.e. medicals, RPLF payment etc.

I have now decided not to use E-Status anymore...

By the way my application is perhaps FROZEN at the Buffalo office.

If any kind person from Buffalo office reads this (many have expressed opnion that Sharon works there or is somehow attached to the process); please have a kind heart and move applications frozen in time !!!!

You are right. Checking e-client 20 times a day kills lots of our precious time. Moreover, it adds to our frustration.

Those bastards update the status for a few applicants, probably that is the reason why we are still using it.

Don´t know what it is for. It would have been better if it were not there. It has increased our curiosit and pessimism. I deposited my PPs on December 27th. It still reads in process-We started processing your application on August 2, 2001.

Anyone, Please update E-Client or remove the service.

I know what you mean!!! (in reply to: Decided not to use the e-Client Application Status)
My application was frozen for almost seven months and I opted out for not checking it....ONe day after making that desicion, I typed CIC website by mistake and I thought....well I´ll know I won´t get any new information, but anyways I had logged in. For my surprise that time I found the magic words::: Decision Made.
I know it is too hard not to check when you are desperate looking for answers.
