i dont have a surname on my passport, neither any of my school or unversity documents have one!! i just have a first name and a second name! my passport has my surname coloumn as blank! do u think it would affect anyways??

just write a statment, can your city government provide some certification prove that you do not have family name?

i dont think if my city government can do that! but, why would it affect if i havent ever used it or none of my documents show it?? any clues?
