Greetings,
I sent my CSQ application last March and I received an email last week that my file has been opened. The attached document contained the following:

Monsieur norey
Référence : réf. individuelle : DAXXXXXXX
Objet : Ouverture de votre dossier
Monsieur,
Nous avons bien reçu votre demande de Certificat de sélection du Québec ainsi que
votre paiement. Nous vous confirmons que votre dossier est maintenant ouvert.

Now, I want to send a "Change to the Application for a selection certificate - A-0520-MA" because I had a baby.
This A-0520-MA document requires me to enter a Reference number and a File number. I received the reference number (as shown above), where can I get the file number in this case? are they the same?
