I am applying for immigration to Canada & require police certificates. I have lived in the USA and in Germany. I was living in Germany as a member of the U.S. Military. Do I need to provide a police certificate from Germany?

You will declare that you served in Germany as a military.
If CIC asks, you will have to provide.
