Me and my girlfriend have been dating for 4 years. She is a Canadian citizen who lives in British Columbia and i live in the US. I am trying to move there so i can be with her but i am not sure what is the easiest way. We are not married and dont plan on it for a few years. We also have not lived together for over a year for common law. I work in sales and im not sure if i can get a work permit with that type of job. Could you give me advice on how i could move to canada?

As of now, based on what you said...you can´t.
You don´t qualify as a family member, common law and being in sales, likely you don´t qualify for a work permit and/or under the skill worker category.
Your options are limited. After you live with your girlfriend for a sustain period of time as common law then you may be able to apply as such.

I am from canada and my fiance is from India. We paln to get married in Zurich(Switzerland). Is this marriage is acceptable to Canada Immigration?. Do I have apply for her from Canada since she lives in India? What is best procedure to get it faster.

If the marriage is legally recognized in Switzerland then it will be recognized in Canada.
You have to apply to sponsor her and then she can apply for PR residence.
The fastest, safest way to do it is from outside of Canada. You can be in Canada and she can be in her country of residence during the process or you can be with her in her country of residence during the process as well.

You can come for 3 months and for every three months leave Canada for a day, for example. The easiest way to get married and do your sponsorship process. But also you can come to Canada and find the job and issue an offer for your application, and I think you can find the job in sales for sure.

Hi, I have a girlfriend of 5 years living in Mississauga and we would to me move up and be with her. I am a fresh college graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice. I am fluent in English and can speak Cantonese (Chinese).
Would you happen to know the needs for the GTA allow for someone like me to immigrate up relatively smoothly? Or applying for a work abroad program and using that as a bases to ally for a PR be a better choice?

You can apply under the express entry skilled worker program. Another option is to work in Canada on a work permit and live together long enough that you can do a sponsorship as common law spouses. However, for this you will likely need a job offer. To find job offers for international workers you will need to look for LMIA jobs. Some classified sites like kijij and craigslist occassionally have LMIA job postings. Another site with LMIA jobs is uniivaa.com.
