The Canadian Embassy in Manila, Philippines received my application in Nov 2001. In Feb 2003 they asked me to re-submit using the forms so I had to do everything all over again. Since I had just given birth, it was understable since I had to now include my baby in the application.They told me to wait for a year for my interview date. Its May 2004 and I haven´t heard from them. Inquired about the status online and it says " in-process."
Is this normal? Thanks for your replies in advance.

You can to re-submit your application because you did not do it the correct way. Any incomplete or incorrect application will be returned to you and you need to submit it again.

isn´t it you just have to update your application if you have additional members?
Did you go through an agency?
