My Canadian daughter is marrying her American boyfriend. The applicaiton process for K-1 visa is underway and they have their appointment booked with the US Consulate in Montreal this month. We know that once she is approved, she has 90 days to get married.
1. Can shee travel back and forth during these 90 days?
2. Does the marriage have to be in USA?
3. Once married, does she have to stay in USA for 90 days until her green card is approved?
