| Subject: PR Card app at Niagara Falls road border |

My brother is going to do his "first landing" at the Niagara Falls border. We will drive by road from Ohio to Niagara Falls and then to Toronto. Can the PR Card Application be done 24x7 at the road-border? We don´t want to miss it in case they have certain restricted hours for this processing. Thanks in advance for your help.
