hello there
i am an Indian nationality in UK in student status.My fiance is a canadian Permenant resident living in canada.We are planning to marry in April.Is there any chance of me applying for a temporary resident visa(TRV)to canada and getting married there.Is there any rule that permits temporary residents getting married in canada. pls advise me in this.

Get a visitor visa from UK to visit your girlfriend and her family from UK. Once you are in Canada you can get married.
Now this will limit your options from leaving Canada.
New Delhi is processing the spousal applications in 4 months right now.. may be you want to opt out for that... think about it and act accordingly...
As per the 14th Feb notice from the immigration minister the spousal applications can stay in Canada while the status is adjusted.. so you can work along that line too...
