Hi! Me and my husband is going home for vacation this December,but now we´re thinking if he can still go back here or the immigration will allow him to go back here( coz he´s a contract worker and he only have 5 months left on his contract).He has a re entry visa though and letter from his employer..I´m immigrant here but I didn´t apply him yet coz I plan to sponsor him when we get back here..Please help me regarding this if you have any idea or know a similar situation like this.thank you so much!.
