overstayed on study permit 13 days

Subject: overstayed on study permit 13 days
I was on a study permit until Dec. 31st when it expired, and I left the country Jan. 13. I am registered to go to another school, and I am doing my CAQ applications. I am wondering if the 13 day over stay will be an issue, and if I should disclose this to immigration?
