My partner and I are trying to find the most simple way of me moving to Canada, I am a New Zealand Citizen living in Australia for 9 years, we plan to get married in the next few years and I will move to Montreal permanently, can you tell us what the best thing for us to do, I also would like to work in Montreal while I am living there, Thanks

Hi,

From what I was told, you Quebec as a different selection system. Therefore, in order to live and work there on a permanent basis, you need to apply for a Quebec Selection Certificate first. While I do not wish to promote anyone´s website here, I think it may be a good idea to obtain a free online assessment with a law firm or consulting company to make sure you score enough points for Quebec. Many firm offers free online evaluation such as:

Good luck!
