In my country (Dominican Republic) there isn?t IELTS and CELPIP test centres to take de test. My I take the TOELF test?

i duno but i think its better to consult some immigration agency or go to cic and look fr options! normally IELTS is accepted as an english proficiency test

CIC does not accept any test except IELTS to get points for English and the Test d´Evaluation de Francais to get points for French. That´s it. They´re very limited!
