Once married, we would like to both live and work in Canada? Do I have to wait until we are married first to find a job, or can I get employment sooner?
We hope to be married by May of next year! As of now I live and work in the US.

you have to get marrid first then your wife can sponsor you as a spouse. If she doesn´t have the required income, she can have a co-signer who is a canadian citizen.
