Subject: HELP - Common law question |

Hi guys,
My gf and I are planning to apply for PR in Canada :)
I´ll be the principal applicant and both of us have sufficient points to apply.
My questions is,do I need to include the Form IMM 5409 - Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union in my application to prove our relationship?
Or will the CIC office request it at a later stage?
Btw,we´ve been together for 7 years and we do have a rent lease and credit cards bills in our names that prove we´ve been living together for a couple of years.
What else do I need to do?
Thanks in advance!!

(in reply to: HELP - Common law question) Yes, you do need to complete that form and get in authorised by Commissionor of Oaths etc. My common law partner (my sponosr) and I filled it in.
Good luck,
