You should submit updated application forms to LA and request them to add your wife to your application.

Forms required:
1) Second page of Application for Permanent Residence IMM 0008,
2) Updated Additional Family Information IMM 5406,
3) Your spouse´s Schedule 1 and IMM 5406,
4) Your spouse´s birth certificates,
5) Marriage certificate,
6) Spouse´s education documents,
7) Photos,
8) Application fee in the amount of CAD 550.

Do not forget to request them to add your spouse to your application. Also request them to send her medical forms.

Thanks

If you have received notification from LA that they have received your file you should send all the correspondence to LA.

If have not received nitification of your file transfer from Buffalo to LA you can send the forms to Buffalo.

FYI after file transfer the Canadian consulate in LA will be responsible for your case and they will issue your visa.

Hi Kenny, Thanks once again.
I didnt get any notification from LA regd Interview date.
I got a letter from Buffallo stating that my interview scheduled at LA along with medical forms.
After that i didnt heard anything from either from LA or Buffalo.
i recently send a fax regd my address change and marital status change to Buffalo they updated my address to new address(I saw it on e-client status). But didnt get any correspondence about my marital status change.

So in this senario where (which office) shuold i communicate?
i think my file has not been trafered to LA. otherwise i would have heard any thing from LA.

So could u please advice and can i have u´r contact details that way i can call for more information: here is my id: vgreddy75@yahoo.com

I really appreciate the help

Thanks
Venugopal

if it is not too much postage... I would send the exact same documents to both places. that way there is no chance of them saying they went to the wrong place and you can be sure.

send fees to the most logical of the 2 locations. make a photo copy of the draft, include it in second documents with a cover letter telling them what you have done and why. Make sure your file number is on everything.
