Subject: Do spouse and dependants have to take IELTS?
i´m just confused if my husband and my son assuming over 18 years of age has to take English proficiency as i did.

If they are going to be supported by you, then they do not have to take it. If they are going to work then It is need for them. CIC is going to decide on that absed on your profession and your exp in relation to what is required in canada and see if you will be able to support them yourselve or no.

NO, only the principal applicant is required to
submit IELTS score.
