Hi,
I am filling up the Application form and need some help.
1. What to write for where do you intend to live in canada? I have written the city as Toronto and province as Ontrario
2. In the details about my family members. Do i have to write about my wife only or my parents/brothers/sisters also. Also name of my wife on her passport is from before marriage, should I write that family name or after marriage family name.
3. If I have to enter only my wife name then do I need to write N/A on all the blanks under Family members detail.

1. you are right.
2. you must write name of your family (i.e. father,mother,brother married or unmarried). It will help you in future if your sponsor them.
3. you must also write name of your wife´s family.
for name of your wife you go local court make affidavit and register it with Megistrate.
i am not expert but i face the same problem and do the above.

Hi,
Another question regarding background decleration form:
In Q.10 for education how to fill it up for information related to India ie we have a education system of 10+2+3 in CBSE format, where 10 years of priamry school, 2 years of secindary school and 3 years of graduation.
For the graduation I enter Type of Certificte as Bachelors Degree. For the 2 years of Secondary school the Institution will be CBSE or the school and what will be the Certificate. Same for the 10 years of primary school what will be the Institution and Type of certificate.

Another question regarding background decleration form:
In Q. 15 where it asks for the addresses, I have lived on one address throughout my life and continue to do so. Shall I write the From date to month of brith followed by year and leave the to date as blank or shall I write the to date as todays date.

1) I am also filling up the forms?for Education details it should be 8+4+3 as high school is till 8th and from 9-10th it´s secondary and 11-12th senior secondary?so you have to give details when did you appeared for 10th,12th and bachelor degree.
2)you can mention the date since your birth till the date you´re applying

You write name of your school.
You write 10+2 (Commerce,arts,science whatever)
for 10th. you write name of your school and "Matric"
