Subject: Need Clarifications

Is it true that minimum income requirement does not apply if I will sponsor my spouse and 3 children? I am soon to be a permanent resident in Canada but still here in the Philippines. I planned to land in Canada as soon as my visa arrives (in 3 to 6 months, hopefully). My agency told me that, once I?m in Canada I can apply for sponsorship for my spouse and children without income requirement. Your help is badly needed. Thanks.
