| Subject: CIC-London is not replying to my faxes! |

I´ve been sending faxes to CIC London (where my file was process).. but they are not answering back!... i just ask if they ahve received the payment that i´ve sent.. and any advise given for the past 2 months because I changed my address... they are not replying!... Is this normal?.. or I´m faxinf it to the wrong number?.. the fax number that i use is.. 0044 20 7258 6506
Please advise... I just dont know what to do now..

CIC London never replied to my faxes the number you stated is the correct one. Usually they post the letter to you. If you have instructed them it should be fine. I also changed my address and this appreared on my e-client in just a few days.

So Does it mean that i have to send a self postage envelope to them so that they could reply to my inquiry?.. actually.. i´m inquiring if they have received the money that i´ve paid for my additional baby... you see... i already got my file number.. then i got a new born baby boy... a friend advised me to pay the additional 150 (and send all the needed documents for the new baby)... i just want to know if they have received it.. and the papers are ok... my lawyer in Toronto is useless.. that´s why.. i´m so desperate for help but have no one to turn to... then.. CIC London doesnt care at all..

You do not have to send them any self postage envelope. Im sure they have received the money. im sure you have notified them of your new address. if i were you woudnt worry too much. However you may want to write a letter stating that you have not received the receipt of the additional payment.
