Subject: What shall I say for Canada Immigration
I applied canada immigration 5 years ago, but I withdrew the case at the step when I received the medical form. The reason is that I just got a job in the states and couldn´t leave.

Now I want to apply again. For the question "have you applied before...", shall I say Yes, or NO?

Some people say that I only say yes if I applied but was denied. But can some expert give some suggestions?

Don´t lie!
Say yes because they probably have a record. Give honest answer, that is your best bet...

Hi,

Write ´YES´.

Attach a letter with the application explaining the situation when you last applied. Try to justify for your current application. You can say that you are mentally prepared this time.

Just my opinion.

I won´t lie.

But I am not sure what they mean. They might refer to those who applied but was denied.
I applied but withdrawed volunteerly. They might take that as "not apply".

How do you (experts) think?

Hi,

That is why I advice you to write a letter explaining the past and current situation for you to reapply.
