Hi!
Can I immigrate to Canada from Pakistan in family class, without being a regular student, since before the age of 22, unmarried and financially dependent on my parents. guide me please.
Note: Actually my sister is a canadian citizen, and she sponsored us(my parents, my brother and me). I have just downloaded guide from (http:\\cic.gc.ca) for immigrant´s, there are points for dependent children where I am confused. I am 21 years old now.she has sent us application for permanent residence, and now we have to fill it and send it to visa office in Islamabad. help.

reply (in reply to: immigration with out a regular student? help!!!!!) According to rules.
1 if u r less than 22 years
2 if ur regular student ( spending atleast 5 hr in college)
3 still unmarried and not earning ( means financial dependent on your parents)
then only you are eligible to go with your parents.
