(in reply to: hi anonymous!) No dude... I´m just a frustrated applicant like you. I usually go with 5 *****s but access this forum several places. Sometimes when my computers cleans up cookies it shows up as anonymous thats it.
The waiting has made me read all I can about the process and hence I´m able to answer questions.
Take Care and Best of luck on your process... I hope CIC will come up miracles on the e-status which is down for 2 days now... hope with all information available there we never have to bother each other here in this forum...

(in reply to: hi anonymous!) Raj,
Sorry I forgot to answer your question. Usually CIC will mention on a letter which they send during medicals the countries for which they require the police clearance. I have seen a few from India in US not to submit their certificate - others yes. So it depends. Usually for most middle east countries they do their own check.

(in reply to: hi anonymous!) I´m originally from India. However since leaving India I have lived and worked in several countries. It really would have been a hassel collecting all PCCs. Upon advise of a lawyer I did not submit any PCC with initial application. When my medicals were sent all I was asked as to submit FBI clearance and clearance from India. Rest of the countries were not asked.
I don´t understand why they are asking you for medicals if they have interview scheduled? Most likely you´d see a letter where your interview will be waived. How many points are you scoring? If it is above 75 then most likely you will go without an interview.
Best of Luck - keep writing and sharing your time line.
