Today I came to know from my lawyer that they have recieved "Passport Request" yesterday from CIC.Here is my timeline.I applied from USA in SKilled worker class.
Applied: Oct´03.
AOR:Dec´03
Medical and additional Doc requested: May´04
(My lawyer didnt inform me till I asked about my status in Sep´04-we were delayed for 3 months for nothing).
Medical sent:Sep´04
Additional Documents,PCC,FBI etc sent:Dec´04
Requested Landing Fees:Jan´05
PP Request:Feb´05
Can anyone help me with a site where I can get informations on the procedures for landing and documents required and after landing experiences.

Canada Chalo : Congrats ...I also applied in Nov 03 and got PP request in Nov 04 ....
Only thing I say is that for skilled worker class and u r living in USA...process was so simple that I did not need any lawyer...I did everything myself...and so as my 3 friends...
I am mentioning this mainly to reassure people who can not afford $2000 as attorney fees...that YES..you could do it urself....if u already have all legal things done in the past ...like if u r on H1B in USA etc...then generally u have most of the papers ready ....
