U get PR card in 3 weeks
Yes..as soon as u land..u can apply for SIN same day ....and u get a receipt that u applied for SIN...based on that receipt...u can start working same day

I got mine within 2 weeks after I´ve landed even when the immigration officer at the airport told me that it will takes up to 2 months.
