After being frustrated waiting for the PP requests, I sent a fax to Buffalo.
From the experience of the users of this forum, one could be convinced that normally people do not get reply from CIC Buffalo on their querries. However, there are a few exceptions.
Given that they are willing to reply, could any body please give me some idea, how long they would take to reply?

Dude if you get success let us know... The only thing is not to overwhelm an already over-backed up system. So if you really need information then need to ask - if it is only a matter of wait then I really don´t know what to say. But hey more power to you dude if you get an answer
