No update on my application.
It is only a couple of hours that I sent my fax. I have a BIG hope that they will look at my file soon which is pending there for more than 7 months after medicals.

Dude now you are scaring me... 7 months is a hell lot of a time... Did you check if medicals have been received? Good you sent the fax. Usually 3-4 months is max.

Thanks dude, at least you understood the reasons behind my worriness.
BTW, how can one know that they have received the medical results ?

Usually if they have not received it they will write to you asking for the same. If not; then it is assumed that they got it. In my case they did not get it or misplaced it - so I had to call the dudes at the clinic and request them to send the bunch of papers via fax and courier to the dudes at Buffalo. Cost me extra 30 bucks!! for nothing!!
I´m sure yours is fine as they never got back - but better safe than sorry...

No update. Still in process since May 2003. Did medicals last June.They are assessed, background and security check compeleted. Can not blame CIC for delay....RCMP has been holding my fingerprints since July. Back to hibernating...ZZZZ

May 2003 !!! Unbelievable - Your application is much earlier than me. They should have finalized your case by now in any circumstances. Hope some thing good will come for you soon.

Yeah, it is the RCMP processing......They should have also some kind of e-cas system. Fortunately they have responded to my e-mail lately.
