I am already in Quebec on tourinst visa. And I have just got my "CSQ" from Quebec. Now I don´t want to go back to my home town, as this is expansive job. So how do I can get stapmed my passport as landed immigrant in Quebec. From which office I can do my rest of the formalities.

you must apply like everyone else. if you stay in Quebec beyond the term of your temporary visa you are immediately considered ilegal and you run the risk of blowing any long term chances.

if you can obtain a canadian visa for 1 year (e.g work permit, student..etc) then you would be entitled to apply in buffalo, in this case you can stay in quebec until your visa is ready then you go and stamp it in buffalo
