if you guys applied in jan 2004 for federal skilled worker class and got an interview waiver, you should be able to receive passport request in march. if not, really wish god bless you.

Is there any change in your application status ? Sachdhar (AOR Jan 2004) found his e-cas updated to ´Medical results received´ last tuesday. My case is getting delayed for some reason.
