Hi guys,
I have been asked by the Buffalo consulate to submit my IELTS score within the next 60days(7days already gone)otherwise my application will be cancelled. Today I checked up with the nearest IELTS testing center and the earliest test date available is April 9th and for the results to be mailed to me it will take another two weeks.
So my question is how should i go about asking for more time from the consulate because i cannot provvide them the IELTS scores in the next 60days?

Write exactly what you write here to CIC. They will understand. Remmember to mention your file number and only send your letter by a certified mail to keep proof of receipt. Also fax the letter.

You may mail the IELTS test regisrtation copy to CIC explaining your situation. You may specify a tentative date by which you will be able to submit the IELTS score.
