"Due to processing targets for 2005 and backlog of higher priority applications, we do not currently expect to review applications received after May 01, 2002, any further before the second quarter of 2006, or later."

I doubt there must be a mistake here coz never ever all of these offices now take only 6 months to get their applications 30% done when there were at least 18 months. some thins is weired here for sure any comments?
